Today for Makerspace I got a lot done concerning my Flight PBL, today I basically just cut more cardboard for the body of the satellite, it was very easy basically all I did was cut out a two long piece of cardboard and two smaller ones. Essentially I'm making a 3D rectangle but you might have realized that a 3D rectangle has six sides and yes, I know that a rectangle/cube has six sides so I do have to finish that so make sure you stay tuned for that blog. Did I have any difficulties? No, actually I really didn't cutting cardboard is pretty easy yet difficult to do. When I mean easy I just mean that cutting cardboard doesn't really require a ton of thinking but the reason why I say hard is because cardboard is super hard to cut you need something faster and easier to cut with like an exact knife in order to get the results that you want. So that's pretty much all I did today, I know that it doesn't look like I accomplished a lot but scissors was all I had and it was very difficult. If you ever have to cut cardboard I would recommend getting an exact o knife or having an adult who's pretty strong to do it. Now that I've covered everything that I want to cover here is a picture of what I accomplished today:

Materials:

Cardboard

Black Colored Pencil

Scissors

Thank you so much for reading this blog and stay tuned for Monday's! BYE!!!

Plan for Future Drawings

For future drawings I really plan to focus on creating better shadows, it was a little difficult when I didn't have any charcoal pencils...
