Hi everyone welcome back to my Makerspace blog it has been a a while since I blogged, I do apologize for that, but I am planning to do more and more blog because starting at the end of May I am not going to be blogging anymore so I want to get as much blogs in before I finish. So for today's blog I decided to draw a cat by the image. I started to draw a sloth for my sister but I really wasn't liking the way it was coming out so I trashed it and started drawing a cat by the image. I know I've drawn I lot of cats on my blog lately, the reason for this is that I am planning on drawing my sister a big painting of my cat with a Gucci collar on because my cats so conceited and very thing has to be done to his likely so I really wanted to practice drawing more realistic cats to be ready to create a masterpiece for her. I really hope I can practice drawing something this amazing, but back to the drawing. The drawing let me just say was......Difficult!!!!!! I could not get the proportions right so I ended up with just a horrible looking eye (that I was trying to make better but just didn't). If I could give anyone advice when getting into drawing and I think anybody will tell you is that it is a long process you want start drawing realistically immediately it takes time and effort and I think with just more practice I can start drawing better realism pieces, but without further a due here is the final result:

Thank you so much for reading today's blog and stay tuned for tomorrow's. BYE!!

Plan for Future Drawings

For future drawings I really plan to focus on creating better shadows, it was a little difficult when I didn't have any charcoal pencils...
