Today for Makerspace I had to finish an assignment that I didn't get a chance to finish in class but luckily I did get it done and I think it turned out great. So today instead of talking about an assignment because clearly that's boring, so I thought I'd share with you what my plan for Makerspace is next week. So based off the blog I did I think the other day you know that I am starting to do pet portraits, I still want to continue this but I thought I'd share with you some new materials that I am going to be buying. So graphite pencils (regular pencils) don't have a lot of pigment and are mostly used for your initial sketch, i'm going to buying charcoal pencils which is used for heavy pigmented shadows and are really great for a adding a realistic shadow. I also want to look into tortillons which are used to shade in shadows making them less heavy and more realistic. I hope I can get these supplies soon.

Materials:

Pencil

Paper

Thank you so much for reading today's blog make sure to stay tuned for Monday's. BYE!!!!!!

Plan for Future Drawings

For future drawings I really plan to focus on creating better shadows, it was a little difficult when I didn't have any charcoal pencils...
